William L. Roberts has been the President of HealthTexas Provider Network for the last 13 years. Mr. Roberts has helped lead the development of one of the premier PHOs in the country with physician employment nearing 500 physicians.

As Senior Vice-President of Baylor Health Care System, member of the Executive Council, the Senior Leadership Council, the Operations Council and the BHCS Real Estate Steering Committee, Mr. Roberts has managed many business development issues for the System ranging from real estate transactions to hospital formations to clinical service line development and redevelopment.

Mr. Roberts is a nationally recognized authority in physician practice management and physician hospital organizations.
