Keith Holtz, CCP, CPA

Keith Holtz joined Baylor Health Care System's executive team in July 2007. He is responsible for the strategic management and direction of human resources initiatives across the System. Holtz has more than 25 years of experience in human resources and financial management with companies such as Blockbuster, Michaels, Payless ShoeSource, Target and Alexander Grant & Company.

He holds a Bachelor of Science from St. Cloud State University and is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Compensation Professional. He's a member of the Society for Human Resources Management and World at Work and serves on the board of the Baylor Health Care System Credit Union.
