Dr. Paul Convery is Senior Vice President and Chief Medical Officer for the Baylor Health Care System in Dallas, Texas. In this role, he works with physician and operational leadership to advance health care improvement initiatives throughout the Baylor Health Care System. This includes health care outcomes improvement, patient safety, health equity, clinical informatics, and the unified medical staff process.

Dr. Convery, who joined Baylor in February 2006, has over 20 years of medical management and health care leadership experience, including serving as chief medical officer of SSM Health Care in St. Louis, Missouri, earning the distinguished National Institute of Standards and Technology's Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award.
