Baylor Medical Center at Irving 

Cindy Schamp comes to Baylor from the 250-bed Alle-Kiski Medical Center in Natrona Heights, Pa., where she served as president and chief executive officer. Alle-Kiski is a private, non-profit community hospital providing full-service care to a four county region of more than 160,000 people. As president and CEO, Cindy Schamp successfully implemented an organizational redesign and efficiency plan, set goals to enhance quality initiatives and created organizational alignment with patient satisfaction goals. Under her leadership, Alle-Kiski received the 2006, 2007 and 2008 HealthGrades Distinguished Hospital – Clinical Excellence Award.

Cindy Schamp’s impressive career in health care spans more than two decades and encompasses senior leadership roles at health care organizations across the country. She holds a master’s degree in hospital and health administration from the University of Iowa and is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE).
