Baylor Regional Medical Center at Plano

The 128-bed Baylor Regional Medical Center at Plano is an acute care medical and surgical facility offering adult residents of Collin County and North Texas comprehensive diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation and follow-up care.

Garison has more thanĀ 20 years of experience as a leader within Baylor. Previously she served as president of the 66-bed Baylor Medical Center at Waxahachie, located in Ellis County. Prior to that, Garison served as chief operating officer at the 288-bed Baylor Medical Center at Irving for four years. She also served as the vice president of patient care services at a Richardson, Texas-based hospital and the director of the medical/surgical unit at Dallas' St. Paul Medical Center.

She is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, Healthcare Financial Management Association, American Hospital Association's Regional Policy BoardĀ and various other professional organizations.

Garison received her bachelor's degree in nursing and her Master in Health Administration degree from the Medical College of Virginia.
