 Baylor All Saints Medical Center at Fort Worth:

• Number of Beds: 15
• Procedures: All types of CV surgeries including CABG and AAA repairs
• Unit Highlights: STEMI Team and Clinical Nurse Specialist on staff

Baylor University Medical Center at Dallas:

• Number of Beds: 20-24 (typically run 20)
• Procedures: All types of CV surgeries including CABG, traditional valve and 'heartport' valve surgeries, Ventricular Assist Devices, IABP, CRRT and heart and lung transplants
• Unit Highlights: Advanced CV unit and Level I Trauma Center; Unit based Nurse Educator and renowned CV Clinical Nurse Specialist on staff

THE HEART HOSPITAL Baylor Plano:

• Number of Beds: 20, increasing to 44 with 2009 expansion
• Procedures: All types of CV surgeries including CABG, MAZE, traditional valve and 'heartport' valve surgeries
• Unit Highlights: 99% patient satisfaction, 4-5 day average length of stay, shared leadership and on-site research institute; moving towards a 24/7 advanced practice support staff

General ICUs with CVICU patients

 Baylor Regional Medical Center at Grapevine:

• Number of Beds: 20
• Procedures: CABG, other cardiac and pulmonary medicine patients
• Unit Highlights: Tenured staff with a great team that supports a healthy work environment; in the fall of 2009 THE HEART HOSPITAL Baylor Plano expands to THE HEART HOSPITAL Baylor Grapevine. That expansion will provide 16 CVICU beds.

Baylor Medical Center at Garland:

• Number of Beds: 19
• Procedures: CRRT, CABG, IABP and Neuro
• Unit Highlights: Progressive community hospital with great teamwork and a family atmosphere.

Baylor Medical Center at Irving:

• Number of Beds: 14
• Procedures: Interventional Electrophysiological Procedures, cardiac and surgical
• Unit Highlights: Excellent tenure among staff. Manager has been with Baylor for over 25 years. CV Clinical Nurse Specialist on staff.
