Career Development

To help our nurse leaders develop to their fullest potential, Baylor is developing a Nurse Leadership Academy and Fellowship for Nursing Administration. The academy will provide a convenient and inexpensive way for nurses at the supervisor level and above to develop leadership skills and prepare for advancement opportunities. The fellowship program will help prepare high-potential nurse leaders for vice president and chief nursing officer positions.

ASPIRE Program

Our nurses also benefit from the ASPIRE Program, which provides opportunities for staff RNs to continue their professional growth and development and awards a bonus after successful completion. Bonuses are $2,000 for Nurse Colleague, $3,600 for Nurse Mentor and $5,000 for Nurse Leader.
