Growth Through ASPIRE Program
Our nurses benefit from the ASPIRE Program, which provides opportunities for registered nurses in bedside direct care roles to continue their professional growth and development and awards a bonus after successful completion ($2,000 to $5,000, depending on the level). The ASPIRE program is based on the American Association of Critical Care Nurses Synergy Model for Patient Care, which is a central element of our Professional Nursing Practice Model. This program was created to recognize the registered nurse’s unique contributions to patient outcomes.
