Own Your Schedule, Own Your Career

Nurses who join the Reward Staffing team can work the shifts and units of their choosing. They get the career experience that comes with working for Baylor, along with the satisfaction of knowing that they control their schedule.

Reward Staffing lets you set your schedule quickly and easily around what’s important to you. When a need arises in your specialty among our hospitals, you’ll get an e-mail notification. You can select which assignments you take.

Premium Hourly Rate

Get paid a premium hourly rate no matter which units you work on and enjoy a generous pay differential on top of it when you work eligible shifts. By working at least four shifts a month, you’ll be able to participate in our 401(k) plan and wellness program. It’s a great way to achieve greater flexibility in your life.

Supporting You & Your Career

As an RN on the Reward Staffing team, you’re not a fill-in. You’re a Baylor nurse. There’s coaching with educators, as well as orientation for nursing and for each unit you work on. You’ll set goals and have regular performance evaluations so you can grow in your career and help Baylor succeed. We pay for any required certifications. Plus, you’ll have all the support you need if you decide to move into a full-time job with the unit of your choice.


Reward Staffing RNs work in these specialties:
  • Emergency Department
  • ICU
  • Med. / Surg.
  • Telemetry
  • Operating Room


To qualify for Reward Staffing, you must:
  • Have three years experience as an RN in your specialty and you must have worked in your specialty during the past three years
  • Work at least four shifts a month at a minimum of three Baylor facilities of your choosing, up to 60 hours a week
  • Choose which major holiday and two minor holidays you’ll work.

There’s no weekend requirement!
