Resource Opportunities 

Reward Staffing, Hospital Resource Pool and PRN

Baylor offers RNs a few different ways to build the work arrangement that best suits their needs. You can join the Reward Staffing team, a hospital resource pool or become a unit-based PRN employee.

All options require working four shifts per month and 1 major and 2 minor holidays per year. The Reward Staffing team requires the most experience and mobility, but offers the highest hourly rate.

Option  Details
Reward Staffing Requirement
  • Floats across at least 3 facilities in designated specialties; ED, ICU, Med / Surg,Transplant, Tele, Rehab
  • 4 shifts per month – up to 60 hours a week
  • Minimum 3 years recent and relevant productive RN experience in specialty
Hospital Resource Pool Requirement
  • Floats across 2 or more specialties at one Baylor Hospital
  • 4 shifts per month minimum
  • 1 Major and 2 Minor Holidays per year
  • Minimum 2 years recent and relevant productive RN experience required
Unit PRN Requirement
  • One hospital and one specialty
  • 4 shifts per month minimum
  • 1 Major and 1 Minor Holiday per year
  • Minimum 2 years recent and relevant productive RN experience required
