As an RN in our float pool, you can chart your own course. Our flexible and adaptable float nurses work in a variety of challenging, fast-paced hospital units, expanding their already-strong skills in many specialties.  As a member of the Baylor float pool, you not only have the chance to work in different units from week to week, but you have the best opportunity to consistently achieve your monthly hour commitment. Or if you prefer to work as a float nurse on a full-time basis, our float pool offers full-time positions with the complete package of benefits.
