Our NICU nurses work in technologically equipped yet family-centered units, focusing on the very special needs of critically ill newborns. Our hospitals in Dallas, Garland, Grapevine, Carrollton and Andrews Women's Hospital at Baylor All Saints Medical Center at Fort Worth have Level III NICUs. Baylor Irving has a Level II NICU.

Our nurses also benefit from the ASPIRE Program, which provides opportunities for staff RNs to continue their professional growth and development and awards a bonus after successful completion. Bonuses range from $2,000 to $5,000, depending on the level.
Baylor has been offering flexible schedules for more than 20 years. We invented the Baylor Plan, which provides full-time benefits and a generous shift differential for working 24 hours during the weekends. Full-time nurses may also work three 12-hour, four 10-hour or five 8-hour shifts.
PRNs can also work the schedule that best suits their needs. If you work at least eight hours per month, you can participate in continuing education classes and contribute to our generous 401(k) plan.
