Flexible Schedules
Baylor has been offering flexible schedules for more than 20 years. We invented the Baylor Plan, which provides full-time benefits and a generous shift differential for working 24 hours during the weekends. Full-time nurses may also work three 12-hour, four 10-hour or five 8-hour shifts.
