Our PTs are part of a multidisciplinary team that delivers exceptional patient care. Physicians, nurses and other clinicians collaborate daily with our therapists in an environment of mutual respect and appreciation.

Therapy services are offered at Baylor Medical Center at Carrollton, Baylor Specialty Hospital, Our Children's House Dallas, and THE HEART HOSPITAL Baylor Plano.

PTs just beginning their careers come to Baylor from schools across the country because we offer experienced mentors and a variety of settings and specialties in which to gain top-notch career experience. More experienced PTs appreciate our career ladder and support for continuing education.

Level I Physical Therapist

PTs in the early stages of their career can choose from a variety of settings and specialties to help them discover what type of physical therapy they are most passionate about. Our experienced staff, some with more than 25 years of experience provide Level 1 PTs with extensive mentoring and teaching

Level 2 Physical Therapist

More experienced PTs provide patient care as well as program development such as designing a therapy program to go along with a new specialty surgery and clinical education.

Level 3 Physical Therapist

Clinical experts in a particular area of physical therapy have opportunities to become supervisors, team leaders, managers and even directors and vice presidents.
