ATMs and Change Machine

An automatic teller machine (ATM) is located on the first floor of Moncrief Tower (Building B).

Cafes, Restaurant Information

The Garden Café is located in the basement of the Terrell Building (Building C) and is open from 6:30 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.

• A Starbucks® is located along the Atrium corridor.
• Cafe 1400 offers a unique mix of soups, pizzas, paninis and other lunch and dinner delights. They are open until 10:00 p.m.
• Vending machines are located throughout the hospital.

Cell Phone, Pager and PDA Use

The use of wireless communication devices such as cell phones, two-way pagers and personal digital assistants (PDAs) can interfere with medical equipment and is restricted in all patient care areas. Please restrict your use of these devices to visitor lounges and non-patient care areas.

Chapel

There are two chapels on the Baylor Fort Worth campus and both are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, for prayer and contemplation. Chaplains are available during normal business hours Monday through Friday and for emergent concerns after hours and on weekends. Please ask your nurse to contact the Chaplain after normal business hours.

Concierge

Concierge Desks are located near the main entrance and on the first floor in the Moncrief Tower (Building B).

Gift Shops

Visitors should check with the nurse before bringing patients food or drinks to ensure they are appropriate for the patient. In intensive care units, please check with nurses regarding any gifts.

Magnolia Boutique is a unique specialty shop offering a wide variety of baby gifts, candles, beautiful flowers and other incredibly stunning items. The boutique is located in the Martin Tower Atrium.

Internet Access

For the convenience of our patients and visitors, Baylor Fort Worth offers a Visitor’s Wireless Network, providing a similar experience users have become accustomed to at hotels and restaurants offering wireless capability.

Computers are also available for use in the Guest Relations office located in the Martin Tower.

Pharmacy at Baylor All Saints

The Courtyard Pharmacy at Baylor All Saints is located on the first floor of the Professional Pavilion across from the Paul and Judy Andrews Women’s Hospital.

Spiritual Care

We believe total patient care demands attention to one’s spiritual, as well as physical and emotional needs. Chaplains are available 24 hours a day and can be reached through your nurse. Your priest, minister, rabbi or other spiritual official is always welcome to visit. We actively partner with local ministers and communities of faith. George W. Truett, one of our founders, called for Baylor to be a place “where people of all faiths and those of none can come with equal confidence.”

Television

Baylor Fort Worth provides color television sets free of charge in each patient room.

Visitor Lounge Areas

A lounge is available on each patient floor, allowing family members to accept visitors and stay close without compromising the patient during their recovery.
