I need information about...
While our cancer specialists are experienced in diagnosis and treatment, sometimes it’s hearing about the experiences of other cancer survivors that’s key to coping with the disease. Consider joining a cancer support group if you or a loved one has been diagnosed with cancer.
New Life New Hope Breast Cancer Survivors Group provides a comfortable setting for open discussion of personal and family concerns, issues and feelings arising from the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer with other breast cancer patients and survivors.
Medical professionals, including breast surgeons, radiologists, oncologists, plastic surgeons, dieticians, lymphedema therapists and more also provide the latest information about breast cancer.
The group meets on the first Tuesday of each month, at First United Methodist Church, 801 West Avenue B in Garland, Texas. The meetings begin at 7 p.m. in Room 103–105.
