Dining Options 

Onsite Dining

Vista Café

Baylor Plano’s Vista Café, located on the Garden level, is open Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. The Alliance Bistro, located near the Gift Shop on the first floor, serves light snacks and proudly brews Starbucks® coffee and is open Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Vending Machines

Vending machines for snacks and beverages are located in the Emergency Department lobby and on the Garden Level. They are available 24 hours a day.

Room Service

Wholesome, nourishing and well-balanced meals are an important part of your treatment and recovery. Baylor Plano makes every effort to provide nutritious meals prepared according to your doctor’s orders. An executive chef trained in the dietary needs of patients strives to prepare foods that are pleasing to the eyes and the taste buds. Meals are served to patients between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m., and are delivered within 45 minutes of ordering. Occasionally, your meal may be delayed if you are scheduled for a special test or treatment. Whenever possible, we will serve your meal after your examination or test. You may select your own menu items from the menu and then dial 4.6777 to place your order with the room service assistant. For the daily menu, please call 4.FOOD. If your doctor prescribes a special diet, you will receive menus tailored to your specific needs. Information regarding your diet can be found on an insert in your menu. Family members or friends may have a guest meal tray delivered to the patient’s room for $10.

Offsite Dining

The Concierge Desk is located in the front lobby on the first floor of the hospital. At the Concierge Desk you will find volunteers available beginning at 5 a.m., Monday through Friday, to answer questions or assist you with any needs you may have. In addition, the following are available upon request at the Concierge Desk: listings of area restaurants and hotels, coloring books, playing cards, crossword puzzles and magazines.
