Sportsmetrics is the only training program scientifically proven to decrease knee injuries in female athletes. A six-week jump training program implemented three times a week on alternating days, it features a dynamic warm-up, jump/plyometric drills, strength training and flexibility exercises.
Sportsmetrics is not just another plyometric training program. It is designed to advance the athlete from technique development to performance enhancement.
