Cardiac Catheterization Lab 

Diagnostic and Interventional Heart Services

Baylor All Saints' Cardiac Cath Lab is an expansive 26,000 square-foot facility designed to accept cardiac patients from the first signs of heart and vascular trouble through diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation. Patients may access services through physician referral or self-referral through the Emergency Department at Baylor All Saints Medical Center.

The cardiovascular unit features three patient care areas, including three cath lab rooms with a fourth space for future growth, two echocardiogram rooms and one stress echocardiogram room. 

An echocardiogram and stress echocardiogram are tests in which ultrasound is used to examine and evaluate the heart. In addition, nine pre- and post-recovery rooms are available to care for a variety of health care needs.

  • Tilt table test
  • Cardiac and vascular angiography

Electrophysiology studies include loop recorder, pacemaker and implantable defibrillator insertions and checks.
