The Movement Disorders Center - Laura Leonard Hallum Neuroscience Center at Baylor All Saints Medical Center 

The Movement Disorders Center which is a part of the Laura Leonard Hallum Neuroscience Center at Baylor All Saints Medical Center at Fort Worth offers a multidisciplinary approach to the diagnosis and treatment of movement disorders, such as

  • Ataxia
  • Essential tremor
  • Parkinson's disease
  • Dystonia
  • Huntington's Disease
  • Tourette's Syndrome

The Movement Disorders Center combines the skills of neurologists, neurosurgeons and neuropsychologists on the medical staff of Baylor Fort Worth, as well as nurse practitioners, physical therapists and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive patient care.

This multidisciplinary team works together to design a treatment plan that meets the specific needs of each patient.

Created with patients in mind, the Movement Disorders Center is designed to simplify the process of obtaining diagnosis and treatment. Through enhanced coordination and personalized care, patients have access to a wide range of available treatment options.

Research-driven Results

The Movement Disorders Center at Baylor Fort Worth has active research trials under way through Baylor Research Institute. The goal of all research studies is to develop effective treatments to manage the wide range of movement disorders.
