BIR Allen 

The skilled therapists at the Baylor Institute for Rehabilitation (BIR) Outpatient Services clinic in Allen offer a variety of therapy services for patients suffering from physical conditions related to aging, gender, illness and injury.

Our goal is to provide the high quality treatment and compassionate service needed to improve quality of life.

Monday - Thursday: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Friday: 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Our Staff

Physical Therapist: Tara Delaney, PT, DPT
Tara received her doctorate of physical therapy from University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas in 2011, and Bachelor of Science in kinesiology exercise and fitness management from the University of Central Oklahoma. Tara’s clinical interests include manual therapy techniques, spine disorders, the overhead athlete and helping athletes return to sports.

Physical Therapist: Xavier Beckham, PT
A native of New Zealand, Xavier did his post-graduate work in physical therapy at UT Southwestern in Dallas. He has a great interest in orthopedic and sport injuries and is the team physical therapist for the local Lovejoy High School. Xavier is currently working toward an advanced certification in manual therapy through NAIOMT and has a keen interest in the disorders of the shoulder.
