BIR Dallas - Carroll Avenue 

The skilled therapists at the Baylor Institute for Rehabilitation (BIR) Outpatient Services clinic in Dallas on Carroll Avenue offer a variety of therapy services for patients suffering from physical conditions related to aging, gender, illness and injury.

Our goal is to provide the high quality treatment and compassionate service needed to improve quality of life.

Clinic Hours:

Monday - Thursday: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m. to noon

Our Staff

Andrea Ivey, DPT
Andrea graduated with a doctorate in physical therapy in 2011 from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. Andrea's interests are in orthopedics, sports and spine rehabilitation. She plans to complete her Spine Mentorship Program soon.

Heather Martinez, PT
Heather received her master’s in physical therapy from the University of Texas Medical Branch in 2007. She has completed the Spine Mentorship Program and is also certified in Intramuscular Manual Therapy (Dry Needling), Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCE) and Work Conditioning.  Heather’s clinical interests are orthopedics, sport rehabilitation and pediatrics. 

Denise McClellan, PT
Denise graduated with a master’s in physical therapy from The University of Texas Medical Branch and has completed her Spine Mentorship Program.  Denise is certified in Intramuscular Manual Therapy (Dry Needling) and is currently pursuing her Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS).  Her clinical interests include orthopedics, sports medicine and spine rehabilitation.
