BIR Fossil Creek 

The skilled therapists at the Baylor Institute for Rehabilitation (BIR) Outpatient Services clinic in Fossil Creek offer therapy services for patients suffering from physical conditions related to aging, gender, illness and injury.

Our goal is to provide the high quality treatment and compassionate service needed to improve quality of life.

        Clinic Hours:

        Monday: 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
        Tuesday - Thursday: 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
        Friday: 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

        Our Staff

        Center Manager: Jennifer Miller, PT, OCS
        A physical therapy practitioner for more than 13 years, Jennifer Miller has a B.S. in physical therapy from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center and holds a B.A. with distinction in psychology. In May 2010, she was certified as a Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy. Her clinical interests include orthopedics, manual therapy, spine rehabilitation and sports injuries.
