The skilled therapists at the Baylor Institute for Rehabilitation Outpatient Services clinic on West Main Street offer a variety of therapy services for patients suffering from physical conditions related to aging, gender, illness and injury.
BIR Frisco-Main St. specializes in sports medicine and the rehabilitation of athletes, but also offers a wide range of other therapy services.

Monday-Thursday: 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday: 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Center Manager/Physical Therapist: Angela Austin, DPT, CSCSAngela achieved her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from SUNY Upstate Medical University in New York. She also is a certified strength and conditioning specialist.
Physical Therapist: Tara Delaney, PT, DPTTara received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2011 from UT Southwestern Medical Center. She has completed an upper cervical mentorship, become skilled in kinesiotaping techniques, and learned advanced manipulations and muscle energy techniques for spine and extremities. She has experience with performance enhancement in athletes with emphasis in volleyball and swimming and is passionate about helping athletes of all ages return to sports.
Physical Therapist: Steven Kight, PT, MPT, ATC, LMTSteven graduated with a BS in kinesiology from the University of North Texas in 1998 and a Master of Physical Therapy from Texas Woman's University in 2002. He is licensed and certified as an athletic trainer and massage therapist. His clinical interests include sports medicine with emphasis on lower quarter issues, manual therapy, extremity and spinal orthopedic rehabilitation.
Physical Therapist: John McCadden, MPT, CSCS John has been a physical therapist for more than 14 years and has spent more than half of his career at BIR Frisco-Pizza Hut Park. He achieved his degree in physical therapy from the University of St. Augustine, and he is also a certified strength and conditioning specialist.
Occupational Therapist: Courtney Merritt, MOT, OTR/LCourtney received her master's from Texas Woman’s University in 2010. She is experienced in upper extremity rehabilitation including arthritis, carpal tunnel, trigger finger, tendon lacerations, fractures, amputations and several other additional orthopedic conditions. Her clinical interests include soft tissue mobilization, splinting and manual therapy.
