BIR Garland - Walter Reed 

The skilled therapists at the Baylor Institute for Rehabilitation (BIR) Outpatient Services clinic on Walter Reed Blvd. in Garland offer a variety of therapy services for patients suffering from physical conditions related to aging, gender, illness and injury.

Our goal is to provide the high quality treatment and compassionate service needed to improve quality of life.

    Our Staff

    Curtis Lykins, DPT
    Curtis graduated from Texas Woman’s University with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2012. His interests primarily lie within orthopedics, but he treats neurological and vestibular dysfunctions as well. Curtis utilizes a variety of manual therapy techniques including: soft tissue mobilization, joint mobilization/manipulation, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation and kinesiotaping.
