The skilled therapists at the Baylor Institute for Rehabilitation (BIR) Outpatient Services clinic in Little Elm offer a variety of therapy services for patients suffering from physical conditions related to aging, gender, illness and injury. Our new, 3,000 square-foot facility is conveniently located at the corner of Eldorado Parkway and FM 423.
We offer flexible hours, a physical therapy gym featuring a Pilates reformer, cervical/lumbar traction, treadmill, stationary bike, free weights and more, as well as a private treatment room and bilingual therapist (Spanish).
Our goal is to provide the high quality treatment and compassionate service needed to improve quality of life.

Monday, Wednesday: 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.Tuesday, Thursday: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.Friday: 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Center Manager: Marina McDonald, LPTFor more than two decades Marina has been helping patients get back on their feet. She received her physical therapy degree from Texas Woman’s University and has extensive experience in outpatient orthopedics and worker’s compensation. She is trained in trigger point dry needling, spinal manipulation, functional capacity evaluations, work conditioning, kinesiotaping and more.
