The skilled therapists at the Baylor Institute for Rehabilitation (BIR) Outpatient Services clinic in Mansfield provide quality, compassionate care to patients in need of physical therapy due to injury or illness. 

Our goal is to provide the high quality treatment and compassionate service needed to improve quality of life.

Clinic Hours:

Monday & Wednesday: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Tuesday & Thursday: 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m. to noon

Our Staff

Dennis B. Foley Jr., PT
Dennis received a bachelor’s degree in biology and a master’s degree in physical therapy from Texas Woman’s University. He is trained in Functional Capacity Evaluations and has experience in Work Conditioning Programs. Dennis has a special interest in athletic shoulder and elbow pathologies.
