The skilled therapists at the Baylor Institute for Rehabilitation (BIR) Outpatient Services clinic in Plano on 15th Street offer a variety of therapy services for patients suffering from physical conditions related to aging, gender, illness and injury.

Monday - Thursday: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.Friday: 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Physical Therapist: Gary Kearns Gary obtained his master's in physical therapy in 2002. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists and a Certified Orthopedic Manipulative Therapist specializing in the hands-on treatment of spinal dysfunction, TMJ dysfunction and all orthopedic cases. He also is one of the first physical therapists in the state to offer Intramuscular Manual Therapy (IMT), also know as Trigger Point Dry Needling (TDN).
Physical Therapist: Katie EllisKatie attended the University of Oklahoma Health and Sciences Center, earning her bachelor’s in health studies in December 2007 and her master's of physical therapy in May 2010. She is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and Texas Physical Therapy Association (TPTA). Her areas of interest include manual therapy, sports injuries and rehabilitation, neurological rehabilitation, and outpatient orthopedics.
