Baylor Institute for Rehabilitation - Southlake 

The skilled therapists at the Baylor Institute for Rehabilitation (BIR) Outpatient Services clinic at Southlake offer therapy services for patients suffering from physical conditions related to aging, gender, illness and injury.

Our goal is to provide the high quality treatment and compassionate service needed to improve quality of life.

Our Staff

Physical Therapist: Patricia Welch, PT, DPT
Patricia received her bachelor’s in exercise physiology from Texas A&M University in 2008. She went on to further her education, receiving her doctorate in physical therapy from Texas Woman’s University in 2011. She has experience in orthopedics, pediatrics and vestibular rehabilitation and is pursuing her NAIOMT certification, which focuses on the manual treatment of biomechanical dysfunction. 

Physical Therapist: Jennifer Moreland, PT, MPT, OCS
Jennifer is a certified orthopedic specialist who has been practicing for 15 years. She has extensive training with the North American Institute of Manual Therapy. Jennifer specializes in restoring function to adults and kids who suffer from injury, trauma, balance and neurological disorders, TMJ disorders, vestibular conditions, and surgery to the joints or spine.

Physical Therapist: Jeremy McSpadden, PT, DPT
Jeremy earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Texas Woman’s University, where he received the Dorn Long award for clinical excellence. He is experienced in manual therapy, as well as detecting and treating orthopedic injuries, biomechanical dysfunctions from chronic injuries, acute orthopedic injuries, vestibular/balance and TMJ disorders, neurological deficits and performing functional capacity evaluations.
