I need information about...
The Multiple Sclerosis Center of Rehabilitation and Treatment (MS-CoRT) at Baylor Institute for Rehabilitation streamlines treatment for patients with MS.
MS-CoRT patients receive improved coordination of care, continuous communication with all treatment providers to modify treatment when needed, and a supportive environment to facilitate continued access to rehabilitative services throughout the disease process.
Referrals to MS-CoRT are often made by a physician or a patient or family member concerned about MS-related complications.
Therapy services (physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy) are available through either the outpatient clinic at the Baylor Tom Landry Center or through the Real Life Rehabilitation program.
