Financial Considerations 

Baylor Medical Center at Carrollton is contracted with most major insurance companies. However, each policy is different and coverage is typically not based on the insurance provider but by the type of policy you have. If you are insured through your employer, your employer has selected the policy coverage options. Check your policy booklet or contact your insurance provider to check for exclusions or limitations on infertility coverage.

Baylor's Fertility Services Program offers competitive all-inclusive package pricing with pre-payment discounts for patients without insurance coverage. The package price includes all facility fees (operating room, laboratory, embryologist), but does not include the physician fees.
