Focus on You

For Women For Life is a free women's health and wellness event offering education on healthy living, screenings, demonstrations and more. Join us this year and don't forget to invite the important women in your life!

 
Event Details:

Date: Saturday, January 26, 2013
Location: Main Lobby of Baylor Carrollton
Time: 7:30-11:30 a.m.

Health and wellness booths are come-and-go throughout the event. Choose from three health presentations scheduled at 8:30, 9:30 and 10:30 a.m. 

Cholesterol and glucose screenings will be offered until 11 a.m. (pre-registration required). Other screenings such as lung function, blood pressure and body composition will be offered until 11:30 a.m.

In addition to health screenings and women's health education, attendees will also receive free chair massages and Zumba® demonstrations!
