About Us

Baylor Breast Imaging Center at Cedar Hill is a department of Baylor University Medical Center at Dallas.

Your screening mammogram will be reviewed and interpreted by a board certified radiologist on the medical staff who specializes in breast imaging.

Baylor University Medical Center at Dallas has a satellite screening mammography location in Cedar Hill for your convenience.  We look forward to seeing you for your annual screening mammogram appointment.

Digital mammography at Baylor Breast Imaging Center at Cedar Hill will offer many benefits, including:

  • Digital mammograms, which are significantly better for women under 50 and those with denser breast tissue
  • Image contrast and magnification can be altered for easier analysis possibly reducing the need for repeat exams
  • Uses less radiation than film screen mammography
  • Shortened exam time - no film to process

If further evaluation is needed, you will be referred to one of the Darlene G. Cass Women's Imaging Center locations, on the Baylor Dallas campus or in North Dallas.
