Our on-call team includes: emergency medicine specialists, board-certified trauma surgeons, anesthesiologists, neurosurgeons, heart and vascular surgeons, orthopedic trauma surgeons, as well as other specialists in plastic surgery, radiology and many other fields on our medical staff.

Annually, the Baylor Dallas Trauma Program treats more than 2,700 patients, who have a wide variety of injuries including traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury and orthopedic injuries.

Beyond offering acute treatment for trauma, we provide a full range of services across the trauma continuum of care, including rehabilitation, patient/family support and injury prevention, as well as a robust research program to help improve prevention and care for trauma patients everywhere.
