Baylor Diagnostic Imaging Centers have some of the latest imaging technology available, thus making it possible to provide quality imaging to patients and physicians.

We perform more than 300,000 imaging procedures each year and seek to provide you with very good care each and every time. Every imaging modality at all Baylor Dallas imaging locations--including nuclear medicine, PET imaging, ultrasound, magnetic resonance imaging, computed tomography--have received full American College of Radiology (ACR) accreditation. This includes imaging scanners at Baylor Diagnostic Imaging Center at Junius, Baylor Diagnostic Imaging Center at North Dallas, the Charles A. Sammons Cancer Center MRI department, the Advanced Imaging Center and Baylor University Medical Center at Dallas Radiology department. This qualification award signifies these modality teams at each center have met the highest standards of personnel qualifications, image quality, equipment performance, safety standards, quality assurance and quality control.

At all centers, quality guidelines are also met in accordance with Baylor Health Care System, Texas Department of State Health Services, American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonographers. At Baylor Diagnostic Imaging Center at Junius and the Radiology department at Baylor University Medical Center where nuclear medicine services are administered, nuclear medicine technologists are certified by the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board.
