Nuclear Medicine consists of gamma cameras with whole-body and SPECT (single-photon emission computerized tomography) capability, which promotes quality scans in a variety of specialties, including oncology, cardiology and endocrinology procedures.

The gamma camera detects a radioactive drug that was introduced by injection or ingestion into the body, and forms a precise image for the radiologist and your ordering physician.
