Baylor Senior Health Care 

From osteoporosis and memory loss to diabetes, hypertension and incontinence, health problems increase as we age. Baylor understands the special health care needs of seniors and offers four specialized centers dedicated to senior heath. Conveniently located in Garland, Mesquite and two in Dallas, these centers deliver primary care by teams of physician geriatricians on the medical staff at Baylor and health care professionals committed to improving senior health.

The Baylor Senior Health Centers and the Baylor Geriatrics Center serve patients 55 and older with selected insurances and 65 and older with Medicare Parts A and B. New patients receive a thorough assessment that includes a variety of tests for conditions that can affect us as we age including memory loss, osteoporosis, hypertension and incontinence. Many procedures are available onsite.

The health care team at each center includes dietitians, social workers and chaplains who can help seniors and their families understand and assist to changing health needs. Our teams also feature bilingual staff members to make sure each patient understands their medical care.

The Baylor Geriatrics Center offers dedicated health care for seniors. Our team of physician geriatricians on the medical staff of Baylor and health care professionals understands the special medical needs of seniors and provides the health care services you need.

Baylor Senior Health Center at Fair Park

Notice to Patients: Our office at Baylor Senior Health Center at Fair Park will be moving to Baylor Geriatric Center, two miles away near Baylor University Medical Center at Dallas. Dr. Rodrigo Sotillo will join three other physicians at Baylor Geriatric Center who specialize in geriatric medicine: Dr. Youcef Sennour, Dr. Joyce Thompson, and Dr. Akira Numajiri. Dr. Sotillo will continue to provide your care at his new location.
