Penile Disorders

Some of the penile conditions that can affect men include:

  • Balanitis
  • Hypospadias and Epispadias
  • Erectile dysfunction (ED) or impotence
  • Peyronie’s Disease

Penile Disorder Symptoms

Symptoms of penile disorders can range from pain and irritation to malformation and erectile dysfunction (ED). Many of these symptoms can be corrected with medication and/or surgery.

Penile disorders are often diagnosed from a medical exam and tests. Any problems should be discussed with your physician.

Penile Disorder Treatment Options

Some penile disorders such as balanitis can be caused by poor hygiene, especially in uncircumcised men, and treated with antifungal creams. For other conditions, there are several surgical and non-surgical treatment methods.
