Robotic Surgery for Hysterectomy 

Hysterectomy, the surgical removal of the uterus, is a recommended intervention in a variety of gynecologic conditions, including:

  • Abnormal excessive bleeding
  • Fibroids
  • Uterine cancer
  • Cervical cancer
  • Endometriosis

A hysterectomy can be performed using traditional methods or using the da Vinci® surgical system. The da Vinci surgical system benefits typically include:
