FitSteps for Life®

FitSteps offers FREE group exercise classes for cancer survivors, focusing on core strengthening, balance, flexibility and relaxations.  Classes are Mondays and Wednesdays, 4-4:45 p.m.  A physician referral is needed.  For information call the Cvetko Center at 214.820.2608.
