To schedule appointments, call 214.820.8577 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Please bring the following items with you to your appointment at the oncology outpatient clinic for registration:

  • A valid picture ID (Drivers license, passport or government issued identification)
  • Insurance card
  • Medication list
  • Other documents and films, as requested

The Oncology Outpatient Clinic offers several new and enhanced services designed for the cancer patient. Services include:
