Visitation Request 

One of our chaplains will make every attempt to see you or your loved one while in the hospital. Please provide us with the following information and a chaplain will call you within 48 hours to plan their visit. If you will be in the hospital within the next 48 hours, please call the chaplain's office at your admitting hospital. Requests received after 5 p.m. on Fridays will be responded to on the following Monday.

 

An email will be sent to the Baylor location of your choice and a chaplain will contact you.
