Baylor Garland Leadership 

Behind Baylor Garland's reputation are caring leaders. Together, community volunteers who comprise Baylor Garland's board of trustees and executive leadership contribute their wisdom and expertise to ensure that Baylor Garland is responsive to community needs while remaining financially strong.

Tom Trenary, President

Tom Trenary was named president of Baylor Garland in July 2008. His impressive career in health care spans more than two decades and encompasses senior leadership roles at health care organizations across the country. Prior to joining Baylor, Trenary established and managed the Western Region of MedCath, a cardiac health care system based in Charlotte, NC. Other health care systems Trenary has provided senior leadership for include: Transitional Hospitals Corporation, Tenet Healthcare Corporation (NME) and Community Hospitals of Central California.
