We offer a full continuum of care that allows you to have one provider for all of your rehabilitation needs. Our comprehensive program and outpatient clinic and services help rehabilitation patients maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Inpatient Services

The 24-bed acute rehabilitation unit serves people with these diagnoses:

  • Amputation
  • Cerebrovascular accident (CVA/stroke)
  • Neurological disorders, such as Guillain-BarrĂ©, multiplesclerosis, etc.
  • Orthopaedic impairments, such as hip fracture, multiple trauma or joint replacement
  • Polyarthritis
