The Newly Updated Baylor Women's Center

At Baylor Garland, we understand that a woman has unique needs through every stage of life. That's why we recently updated our Women's Center to feature medically advanced facilities that provide family-centered maternity care and gynecological services.

Additionally we offer digital mammography screening and diagnostics through our Baylor Breast Center, and osteoporosis detection through bone densitometry testing. It's high-tech care managed by a compassionate staff – close to home. And best of all, it's Baylor.

Now Offering Gynecologic Robotic Surgery

Baylor Garland is proud to introduce the da Vinci® Si™ robotic surgery system for certain gynecologic surgical procedures, such as hysterectomy and myomectomy. Learn more.

Baylor Breast Center

Baylor Breast Center -- and Baylor Diagnostic Imaging Center at Mesquite -- offer screening and diagnostic digital mammography services, along with additional testing including ultrasound. Bone densitometry testing to detect osteoporosis is also available.

Baylor Women's Center

Family-centered maternity care and gynecological services are provided through Baylor Women's Center on the Baylor Garland campus.

Perinatologists are available for high-risk mothers. Supplemental newborn testing to screen for more than 30 inherited metabolic diseases is offered to all infants, as well as hearing screening. Genetic counseling/screenings are also available.

Parenting Education

Baylor Women's Center offers a variety of educational programs and classes, including preparation for childbirth, Caesarean birth, breastfeeding, and a class for siblings.

Simply Mom's at Baylor Garland

Breast pumps are a wonderful compliment to breastfeeding, but are not meant to replace it. Simply Mom's at Baylor Garland is staffed with a lactation consultant who can make a big difference in your breastfeeding experience.

Consultations are available for both inpatient and outpatient consults. Please note that you will need an appointment for an outpatient consult.

Simply Mom's at Baylor Garland has breast pumps for rental or purchase. We also carry attachment kits and parts, nursing bras, soothies, nursing pads, soft shells and more. We are located in Baylor Women's Center near Labor and Delivery.
