More than 5 million people live with heart failure, making it one of the most commonly diagnosed heart conditions. Heart failure means the heart can’t pump blood as well as it should. Those who have heart failure may have trouble catching their breath when lying down, feel tired or have swollen legs. Fortunately, today there are more options for treating heart failure than ever before.
