The dedicated Cardiovascular Unit at Baylor Grapevine has been created with your individual needs in mind. The unit’s universal bed model brings care to you – making the healing process as comfortable as possible for you and your family. This unique unit also improves the efficiency and effectiveness of quality care provided.

The Universal Bed Concept

The typical cardiovascular patient might change rooms and caregivers more than once during their hospitalization. However, our universal bed concept allows cardiovascular patients to stay in one room during their hospitalization with the appropriate level of care brought to them. Our skilled cardiovascular team has advanced training to care for patients from critical care to discharge, eliminating the need to change rooms or units.

Five-Star Service

Patients admitted to the Cardiovascular Unit may feel as if they are checking into a luxury hotel. Amenities include modern décor, wireless Internet and flat-screen TVs. Open visitation allows family to be involved throughout the healing process, and each private room includes a sleep sofa to accommodate a family member’s stay overnight.
