Physical Medicine & Rehab 

Our mission is absolute – to reduce or eliminate the effects of pain and disability.  We are committed to achieving excellent outcomes in adult neurological and musculoskeletal disorders. We provide highly skilled, compassionate care by a team of experienced rehabilitation professionals.

Our multidisciplinary team champions research-based treatment approaches. We offer a full range of therapy services from the Inpatient Hospital to the Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit to the Outpatient Clinic.

Appointments & referrals

Appointments are made by calling 972.579.8155.  For referral, you will need a prescription signed by your physician.
