Is it Time to Seek Help for Your Back or Neck Pain?

Anyone experiencing severe pain for more than seven days should see a physician as soon as possible.

The following may be signs of a spinal problem:

  • Extreme pain that makes walking and even sleeping difficult
  • Neck, shoulder or back pain
  • Pain in the arms or hands
  • Pain in the legs or feet
  • Numbness, tingling and overall limb weakness
  • Balance, dexterity or coordination problems
  • Headaches, specifically in the back of the head
