Spine Center Services 

The Baylor Irving Spine Center offers consultation for evaluating neck or back pain and diagnosis and treatment for:

  • Degenerative conditions of the spine such as cervical and lumbar disc disease, spinal stenosis and facet arthritis
  • Herniated disc, with both non-operative management and microdiscectomy
  • Cervical myelopathy, including congenital spinal stenosis, ossification of the posterior longitudinal ligament and multilevel cervical stenosis
  • Spinal deformity such as scoliosis, spondylolisthesis and spondylolysis
  • Spine trauma, including whiplash injuries, spine fractures and dislocations, and osteoporosis and compression fractures
  • Revision spine surgery
